Most people join solo and that's exactly what makes the experience so special. Our travelers are like-minded people in their 20s and 30s who want to meet new people, explore beautiful destinations and create unforgettable memories together. Whether it's beach clubs in Ibiza, sunsets in Bali or wellness retreats in Spain, the vibe is always social, welcoming and community-focused.

If it's your first trip with us, we ask you to apply first. We want to create groups that match well and have a great dynamic together. If you've already traveled with WeTravel before, direct booking may be possible depending on the trip.

For cancellations, 15% of the total trip price is retained to cover planning and rebooking costs. For trips within Europe, cancellations are possible up to 30 days before departure. For long-haul destinations outside of Europe (such as Asia or America), cancellations are possible up to 60 days before departure. After these deadlines, the full amount is retained unless someone else takes over your spot.

Flights are not included. Most travelers book their flights individually so everyone can choose the airport, airline and timing that works best for them. Of course, we're always happy to help and support you with flight recommendations before booking.

Every WeTravel trip is a little different depending on the destination and vibe of the experience. Our wellness retreats often include things like yoga or pilates classes, breakfasts and slower, more relaxing activities. Party-focused trips like Ibiza include curated party plans, exclusive ticket discounts and organized group activities. What's always included: Carefully selected accommodations, selected groups, your host & full trip support, WhatsApp group before the trip, day-by-day planning & recommendations, help with everything before and during the trip

Yes! that’s the whole idea behind WeTravel. From accommodations and group matching to recommendations, activities, WhatsApp groups and support during the trip, we organize the entire experience so you can simply arrive, enjoy and make memories with amazing people.

Yes! Every trip gets its own WhatsApp group a few weeks before departure. That’s where everyone can introduce themselves, ask questions, coordinate flights and already start getting to know each other before arriving.

Never more than 14 travellers plus your host. Most trips run with 10 – 12.

Yes. While most people join solo, friends are always welcome too. As long as you’re open to meeting the rest of the group and joining the experience together, we’re happy to accept bookings for two people as well.
